Shire Des Forges presents:

Join us for a day of classes that emphasize our roots! Remember the days before Paypal and eBay? We are designing our curriculum around learning how to make and do everything we can. Armor, chain maille, clothing, weaving, food, decorations, etc. and learning the history of the time period we enjoy.

You can reserve a place in any class that has a limited number of slots by requesting it along with a paid pre-registration for the event.

There will be Rapier Regional Fighter Practice inside the gym, and weather permitting heavy fighting and a bocce tourney outdoors. There will be something for everyone.

As always we will have our silent auction and a fund-raiser lunch will be provided benefiting the Gulf Wars Meridian Social Party Fund and in the afternoon - Medieval Jeopardy!

A wonderful feast will be deliciously prepared by Baroness Elizabeth Rae and THL Johann brotamoar!

Directions:
Take your best route to I-59, exit 134 (Roebuck Pkwy, to Hwy75). At the light at the bottom of the ramp,
      a – if you are on I-59 South, turn right, downhill, AWAY from residential area
      b – if you are on i_59 North, turn left, downhill, AWAY from residential area
Go through 7 more lights, approx 1.4 miles, and look for Parkway Christian Fellowship church on right. Immediately past Parkway Christian Fellowship, you will turn right into Our Lady of Lourdes parking lot. Voila! If you pass Wendys on the left and Shell & BP on the right, you went one light too far – turn around!
